George Armstrong Custer comes to town.  Mrs. Custer an old
friend of Pratt's asks him to help Custer prove that the
post traders, with the war departments approval, are selling
off the fort food supplies and providing inferior weapons.
The task is made more difficult when a mysterious man
emerges from Pratt's past with a vendetta.
