When we first thought about building a log home we were quite intimidated by all of the different companies, packages and options. We spent almost an entire year researching log homes and looking at the various log home manufacturers. The very last house we looked at was an Original Log Home built by Dave Fornataro. As soon as we saw it, we knew: this was it.

Dave and Sally Fonataro helped us with every aspect of building our home, all the way from designing it to putting on the finishing touches. We were very impressed by Dave's work, especially the attention to detail and the quality of his workmanship and that of his family(although Dave did have a few problems with drilling through our carpet :-).
