Amy Fan: Succulent Pot

The idea behind my final project was to create a pot for my fake succulent. Things that are interesting about my pot is the structure of it; it's a dodecahedron. Other things that are interesting were the SolidWorks feature I used. I used, Move and Copy, to copy four sides of the dodecahedron. Then, I used the feature Reference Geometry and Circular Pattern to complete the dodecahedron. Afterwards, I used the feature Knit Surface to make the dodecahedron into a solid shape.

For any artistic features, I used boss-extrude to create pentagonal pyramids on each side of the dodecahedron. Then I used extruded-cut to cut out triangles on each surface. To make the pot more intricate, I used fillet to smoothe the edges of the larger triangles.
