[OpenAFS] storebehind - asynchronous writes

Hi:

Using the "fs storebehind" I see no difference in performance when writing
to a file, both in Linux and Windows.
Does this option work? I'm interested specially in the Linux's one, but the
I'd like also about the Window's one.
