[OpenAFS] Problem: OpenAFS 1.3.71, WinXP SP2, libafsconf.dll

Hi!

We have a problem with the Windows OpenAFS Client 1.3.7100 under Windows
XP SP2.
The user installed some version 1.2.6x and wanted to upgrade.
After the upgrade the OpenAFS couldn't find the libafsconf.dll although
it IS in the specified path.
Uninstall everything (clean nearly everything from registry) didn't help.
I tried to delete everything, but the AFS network Connection could only
be disabled, not deleted.
Any hints for me?
