His plans or specifications will not be such as to limit free
competition, except with his client's consent.
- Code is relevant when:
- Engineer has a client
AND
Engineer prepares plans or specifications for the client
- Code is violated when:
- Engineer's plans or specifications limit free competition
AND
Client does not consent to limit free competition
- Code is not violated when:
- Engineer's plans or specifications do not limit free competition
OR
Client consents to the limitation of free competition
