Engineers shall not accept remuneration from either an employee or
employment agency for giving employment.
- Code is relevant when:
- Engineer hires/employs another engineer
- Code is violated when:
- Engineer accepts remuneration from the other engineer for giving employment
OR
Engineer accepts remuneration from an employment agency for giving employment
- Code is not violated when
- Engineer does not accept remuneration from the other engineer for giving employment
AND
Engineer does not accept remuneration from an employment agency for giving employment
