Lecture 12: Contextual Evaluation

After discussing some further properties of the continuation machine and the implementation of its correctness proofs, we introduce contextual evaluation. We demonstrate that evaluation contexts are closely related to continuations and discuss relative merits of the two forms of presentation of language semantics.
