Varying quality as regards dance. The lads here are trying to get it started, and got some excellent young DJs in on occasional Sunday nights. They still are trying to decide what genre to work with, and lately seems to be aiming more and more towards hiphop. Could be a good location, hell, I've danced there, but the floor feels like its going to collapse during the hiphop breaks (its an upper floor not intend for songs lines like "hey, jump up an' down, hey, jump up an' down"). Since it is normally a bar, and the dance location is the cleared out floor, the regulars feel uncomfy about starting to move. If you break the ice, you'll get followers.
