       Your locale.ini is incorrect.  Your entry is :
 
[Total]
localname=Total
 
it should be:
 
[Total]
localename=Total
 
Note the missing 'e'.
 
 
NOTE: Everybody should check their locale.ini for this problem as we seem to have seen it a few times.
