The latter I suspect.  I asked Rodney to respond to your last support
request last week.  He is now on military duty for the next two weeks
however.

Right now Rodney, Jeff, Mike, and Tyler have a working knowledge of the
AccuVote-TS.  Tari should be up to speed soon.

Whether the above people respond to your requests is not directly in my
control.
