it appears that pima rotation is not
working in this db if I understand it to be 0,1,2,3,3,2,1,0 in order of highest
voter reg totals and down - look at dem sup 3 race and it does not rotate
the ballots correctly - can this be fixed as the printer need the dem ballots
asap
it is in 1-11 7 and the other party art is at the printer
- so we cannot reset art - only the dem races rotate
