AVTS software upgrade - From 3.12 to 4.0.4

The City of Barrie, Ontario
has seen our latest AVTS 4.0 software, and was wondering if they would be able
to upgrade their Blue & White AVTS units to that
version.
They are running Windows 98
on their current AVTS units. So that is not a
problem.
However, they are using
Poll Book version 3.12, which is on their own Computer Systems with a external
card reader connected, and creating voter cards this way. Is
Poll Book version 3.12 compatible with Ballot Station 4.0.4. I think that
this would be the only concern in doing an upgrade for them.
