Done. I have
been thinking the same thing myself lately.
FWIW though, the
application name is usually (read, always) implicit in the
number. One could ]suggest that if you don't know what "download 1.17.8 to
1.94t and see if that works" means, you are probably subscribed to the wrong
list. But I am all for conciseness and your point is
made.
Ken
Silly request perhaps. But could you all please put
the prefix part of the Revision name in your emails. For example, what
product are we discussing in 3.13.9.2? I guess its AVTS for NT?

from CBallotDlg Error
I should
probably mention since its not stated in the bugtrack, the problem is
because there is no rich text defined for the voter groups. You can
work around the problem using 3.13.9.2 by either entering the party text, or
put a single space in the editor if you really don't want to see the
parties. You don't have to wait for 3.13.11 if you are in a
rush.

Thanks, Ken.
Indeed. Look for a 3.13.10 (or .11 I am not
sure yet) later today. Hopefully it will cure your
pain.
