Cross endorse candidates have been implemented in AVTS version 4.3.1. Note that for cross endorse you also need GEMS 1-18 branch.

Does AVTS Version 4.1.9 that is currently at Wyle Labs, have the code for the cross endorsed candidates???  The reason I am asking, is that we are preparing for certification for Pennsylvania, which needs the cross endorsement code.
