Please download BSIS_NT-4-3-9-0.zip and install it before upgrading to 4.3.10, the install package should gives you all files required.

I am trying to install the BS-NT-4-3-10 version on my laptop, which is running Windows 2000.  After copying the files on my laptop, and running the executable, I get the following error message.  Any suggestions???  Or BS-NT-4-3-10 cannot be run on a laptop???
