Balti Dip

A spicy dip for poppadums.

Makes about 1 cup

7 fl oz plain yoghurt
1 tsp concentrated mint sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lime pickle
1 tsp mango pickle
half a fresh green chilli, chopped
1 tsp sweet mango chutney
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Put everything into a blender and liquidize. Serve with poppadums or pakoras.
