When this top is spun fast enough the switch will close, completing a circuit that powers that powers the LED's. The switch would be brightly colored to attract attention to it. This toy introduces the principle of centripetal force.
Production & Sales
This toy doesn't need to be made with high quality plastic. Just strong enough to prevent breakage from small children. I bet a profit could be made at $5. I would suggest this toy for children aged 7 and up.
