I received my Ph.D. from Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), under the supervision of Dr. Takeo Kanade and Dr. Stephen E. Fienberg. After several months of postdoctoral research at CMU, now I work at Google Pittsburgh.

RESEARCH |
My main research topic is microscopic cell image analysis using computer vision and machine learning algorithms. My goal is to develop new computational algorithms or systems in order to enable a large-scale analysis of bioimage data that can impact biological discovery. My interests also include developing new machine learning algorithms in topic modeling, manifold learning, and dynamic network modeling. |
