Modified from Papazian's Rocky Racoon Honey Lager

Ingredients:

O.G.: 1.053

F.G.: 1.020

Procedure:

Added DME, honey, and boiling hops to 1.5 gallons boiling water. Boiled 1 hour. Added finishing hops for the final 2 minutes of boil. Mixed with 3.5 gallons of cold water in fermenter, cooled to 76F, and pitched yeast. Bottled in 1 week.
