Projects
Current projects:
- CL-Meld - A compiler for the Meld programming language written in Common Lisp.
- Design and implementation of a call-subsumption based tabulation engine for the YAPTab sub-system (YAP Prolog) and other related things. Work is being done at the Center for Research in Advanced Computing Systems.
Projects that I have worked on:
- BioSeD - A flexibile database and interface to manage DNA and protein sequences. The system works by associating each sequence with an arbitrary number of label instances and then featuring an efficient and easy to use search engine using those labels. Used by the Institute for Molecular and Cell Biology.
- Srcd - Source based package manager, based on the client-server model. Written in C and BASH.
- Toy-ish scheme - A small scheme interpreter written in C++ in less than 24 hours.
- CL-Hurd - Hurd bindings and translator library to write file system servers in Common Lisp, initially designed and implemented during Google Summer of Code 2008.
- Tugux - an independent portuguese distribution developed with 3 friends during 2005. You can still probably search for news about this project on google.
