Molspice is a java based frontend for simulating molecular circuits. It has some simplified simulation built in, but uses Spice as a backend for more accurate simulation.  Spice3, or Hspice are not included with MolSPICE, and the user needs to have one or the other. This is a snapshot, for interested parties.  It is incomplete in some ways, and documentation is minimal. Screenshot.
