Pseudo-Relevance Feedback (PRF)

Description

PRF is a variation of the classic relevance feedback. Relevance feedback is a query expansion technique wich adds terms in the relavant documents found in an initial retrieval to the query, and uses the expanded query for further retrieval. PRF differs from the true relevance feedback by assuming the top-ranking documents retrieved are all relevant, so user relevance judgements are not needed.

Usage

All the files you need ar in /afs/cs/academic/class/11741-s98/PRF.
There is a wraper, that I have not tested but, should help. with my backup.
