2002/9/28 Here is a photo of ISS followed by the new Progress M1-9 as they passed over Pittsburgh, PA at 2002/9/28 8:00 EDT. Progress M1-9 is going to dock with ISS in less than 24 hours and bring supplies to the ISS crew.
ISS was very bright all the way, while Progress flared up to around mag. 0 around zenith for about 15 seconds, and that's when I captured the photo. In the photo ISS was at center left and Progress was at right, both heading towards bottom left (north east).
The photo was taken with Nikon coolpix 995, 8 second exposure, ISO 200.
