ISS and Atlantis (STS-110) has separated, but not too far away, when they made the pass. The video shows them passing near Jupiter (top) and the moon (lower right). Measured from the video, the angle between ISS and Atlantis was 5.22 degrees, and given that they were about 500 km above, we know the distance between them was about 46 km at that time.
