2000/8/12 Quite a nice show. However I lost count because the aurora was quite distractive :-) One meteor was bright enough to cast our shadows on the wall. Among the 50 aurora photos I took, there are two with meteors in it:

A Perseid though the pink aurora. M45, Saturn, Jupiter, Taurus and Orion are visible. Fuji 800 negative film, 35mm/f2.8, 2 minute exposure, 2000/8/12 4:58 EDT

A faint Perseid in the strong aurora. Actually very hard to see in this photo. But I saw it during the exposure. 3:58 EDT, 45 second exposure.
