Cassell Featured in Technology Town Hall Meeting April 28

Justine Cassell, director of the Human-Computer Interaction Institute, will join experts from the news media and industry to discuss how technology is transforming our culture during a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Town Meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in McConomy Auditorium.

"Technology Talk" is one of a series of free public forums on topics shaping the news hosted by the Post-Gazette and PNC. In addition to Cassell, panelists will include Walt Mossberg, Personal Technology columnist for The Wall Street Journal; Rich Jaroslovsky, technology and digital media columnist for Bloomberg News, and Tom Petzinger, executive vice president of Knopp Biosciences, a Pittsburgh-based drug discovery and development firm.

David Shribman, executive editor of the Post-Gazette, will moderate a discussion of how contemporary technology is affecting our future. Admission is free. More details.
