Two School of Computer Science masters students, Trisha Black of the Language Technologies Institute and Yanan Jian of the Institute for Software Research, were selected by the Carnegie Mellon Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) as 2013 James R. Swartz Entrepreneurial Fellows. The program develops entrepreneurial skills through mentoring, hands-on experiences, coursework and networking with business professionals.
