Digital health technology is transforming human healthcare and is increasingly expressed in thousands of computational applications. The power of these advances is changing the way people live, and revolutionizing the healthcare systems and technologies that enable better medicine and improved life outcomes. 

With its world-renowned faculty researchers covering the full spectrum of computing and digital sciences, the Center for Innovation in Health (CIH) is actively unlocking the potential of these new technologies. Our faculty span leading fields that include computational biology, engineering, robotics, machine learning, statistics, the decision sciences and a host of others. 

CIH researchers focused on creating impactful solutions that improve the human condition and advance the science and practice of healthcare. The center welcomes the active participation of corporate and institutional partners to co-create and sponsor these critical new innovations in digital health domains.

CIH Goals

The CIH pursues transformational research and development in digital health. In partnership with industry and nonprofit agencies, the CIH can offer the healthcare community access to world-renowned faculty and highly trained students, recruiting opportunities and publications, as well as agreements for intellectual property, new ventures and start-ups. The only inputs needed are funding, problems/use cases and data.
