He will present clearly the consequences to be expected from
deviations proposed if his engineering judgment is overruled by
non-technical authority in cases where he is responsible for the
technical adequacy of engineering work.

- Code is relevant when:
- Engineer is reponsible for the technical adequacy of engineering work or a project
AND
Engineer's professional judgment is overruled by a non-technical authority
- Code is violated when:
- Engineer does not clearly present the expected consequences of deviations from his engineering judgment
- Code is not violated when:
- Engineer clearly presents the expected consequences of deviations from his engineering judgment
