make improvements, plans, designs, inventions, or other records which
may justify copyrights or patents, the engineer should enter into a
positive agreement regarding the ownership.

- Engineer does not enter into a positive agreement regarding ownership of improvements

Engineer does not enter into a positive agreement regarding ownership of designs
OR
Engineer does not enter into a positive agreement regarding ownership of inventions
OR
Engineer does not enter into a positive agreement regarding ownership of other records
- Code is not violated when
- Engineer enters into a positive agreement regarding ownership of improvements

Engineer enters into a positive agreement regarding ownership of plans

Engineer enters into a positive agreement regarding ownership of designs
