He will not undertake or agree to perform engineering services on a free basis, except for civic, charitable, religious or eleemosynary nonprofit organizations when the professional services are advisory in nature.

Code is violated when:

The engineering services are not for civic, charitable, religious, or eleemosynary nonprofit organizations
OR
The engineering services are more than advisory in nature

Code is not violated when:

The engineering services are for civic, charitable, religious, or eleemosynary nonprofit organizations
AND
The engineering services are advisory in nature
