The Engineer shall not advertise his professional services but may utilize the following means of identification.

Code is relevant when:

Engineer identifies himself to the public in some manner

Code is violated when:

Engineer advertises his professional services
OR
Engineer violates 3(a)(1), 3(a)(2), 3(a)(3), or 3(a)(4),

Code is not violated when:

Engineer does not advertise his professional services
AND
Engineer does not violate 3(a)(1), 3(a)(2), 3(a)(3), or 3(a)(4),
