not indiscriminately distributed.

- Engineer identifies himself in a brochure, business card, letterhead
AND
Engineer's identification provides a representation of experience, facilities, personnel, or capacity to render services
- Code is violated when:
- The information in the brochure, business card, or letterhead is misleading as to the extent of the Engineer's participation in the cited projects
OR
The brochure, business card, or letterhead is indiscriminately distributed
- Code is not violated when:
- The information in the brochure, business card, or letterhead is not misleading as to the extent of the Engineer's participation in the cited projects
AND
The brochure, business card, or letterhead is discriminately distributed
