Brochures, business cards, letterheads and other factual representations of experience, facilities, personnel and capacity to render service, providing the same are not misleading relative to the extent of participation in the projects cited, and provided the same are not indiscriminately distributed.

Code is relevant when:
Engineer identifies himself in a brochure, business card, letterhead

AND
Engineer's identification provides a representation of experience, facilities, personnel, or capacity to render services
Code is violated when:
The information in the brochure, business card, or letterhead is misleading as to the extent of the Engineer's participation in the cited projects
OR
The brochure, business card, or letterhead is indiscriminately distributed
Code is not violated when:
The information in the brochure, business card, or letterhead is not misleading as to the extent of the Engineer's participation in the cited projects
AND
The brochure, business card, or letterhead is discriminately distributed
