The Engineer shall not make exaggerated, misleading, deceptive, or false statements or claims about his professional qualifications, experience, or performance in his brochures, listing, advertisements, or other public communications.

Code is relevant when:

Engineer makes a statement about his professional qualifications in a public communication

Code is violated when:

Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is exaggerated
OR
Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is misleading
OR
Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is deceptive
OR
Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is false

Code is not violated when:

Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is not exaggerated
AND
Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is not misleading
AND
Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is not deceptive
AND
Engineer's statement about his professional qualifications is not false
