II.2.c.

Engineers may accept assignments and assume responsibility for coordination of an entire project and sign and seal the engineering documents for the entire project, provided that each technical segment is signed and sealed only by the qualified engineers who prepared the segment.

Code is relevant when:

Engineer accepts an assignment to coordinate an entire project
AND
Engineer signs and seals the project documents for the entire project

Code is violated when:

Technical segments of the project documents are signed and sealed by non-qualified engineers
OR
Technical segments of the project documents are signed and sealed by engineers who did not prepare those segments

Code is not violated when:

Technical segments of the project documents are signed and sealed by qualified engineers
AND
Technical segments of the project documents are signed and sealed by engineers who prepared those segments
