I am the head of the McLearn Lab at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA. My lab's research is in the Learning Sciences, particularly in educational technology, digital learning games, intelligent tutoring systems, collaborative learning, and e-learning principles. My 1999 Ph.D. is from the Intelligent Systems Program at the University of Pittsburgh.
