COURSE GRADES

Your course grade will be calculated based on the following:

Homework Assignments: 20%
Lab Exercises: 5%
5 In-class Quizzes: 5%
2 Written Exams: 40% (20% each)
2 Programming Exams: 10% (5% each)
Final Exam: 20%

Grades from all assignments and exams may be reviewed for up to 5 days after they are returned/posted. After this period, the grade is considered final and cannot be changed. We reserve the right to review an entire assignment/exam if it is submitted for re-grading. You may check your grades throughout the semester by logging on to Blackboard. Students who need this course as a prerequisite for subsequent CS courses must earn a final grade of C or better.
