Gerontological Society of America

The mission of the Gerontological Society of America is "to promote the conduct of multi- and interdisciplinary research in aging by expanding the quantity of and improving the quality of gerontological research, and by increasing its funding resources; and to disseminate gerontological research knowledge to researchers, to practitioners, and to decision and opinion makers." The site offers member services and information, the society newsletter, a conference calendar, directories to related information and agencies, some research papers.

Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST)

The Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST) focuses on the application of technology and particularly the policy issues that impact how technology will be used successfully and priced effectively to provide aging services.

National Institute on Aging

In 1974 Congress granted authority to form the National Institute on Aging to provide leadership in aging research, training, health information dissemination, and other programs relevant to aging and older people. The site includes access to articles on specific topics related to aging, as well as background information about research programs, funding and training opportunities, and links to resources (by keyword).
