Robin eating

(16) American robin, eating an insect of some sort. Shot with the 50-200mm f/2.8-3.5 at 200mm plus EC14, on tripod, at 1/80s, ISO 100, f/6.3. 100% crop. Shot from lower ground with the tripod legs at full height, rather than low to the ground.

Robin eating

(17) Another shot of a robin eating. Shot with the 50-200mm f/2.8-3.5 at 200mm plus EC14, on tripod, at 1/400s, f/5.6, ISO 400. 50% crop.

Perching male cardinal

(18) Only remotely decent shot of a cardinal I got that day. Shot with the 50-200mm f/2.8-3.5 at 200mm plus EC14, tripod, 1/1000s, f/5.6, ISO 400. 100% crop. Cautious bird; it didn't seem to appreciate my attempts to track it.

Tree from above

(19) For the somewhat odd perspective: Tree, from a bridge above, shot with the 50-200mm f/2.8-3.5 at 70mm (composite), with EC-14 attached (planning for birds later), at f/9, 1/25s, ISO 800.

Bird

(20) I've been seeing a few of this species locally. This was taken towards under very low light from a distance, but there still might be enough to identify it based on its shape and all-black feathers save for the red and whitish streak. 50-200mm f/2.8-3.5 at 200mm, plus EC-14; 1/160s, f/8, ISO 400, serious processing due to utterly low contrast. 50% crop.
