ANNOUNCEMENTS

• (5/6) The final exam is scheduled for Thursday, May 10 at 8:30AM. Please see SCHEDULE & EXAMS for room assignments based on section.
• (5/4) Problem Set 12 is now posted online. This is a practice set only, covering topics from Unit 14. Sample answers are also posted. A new OLI module on computability is also posted at www.cmu.edu/oli for you to review if you wish.
• (5/2) Lab Exam 2 will be held in your lab class on Thursday, May 3. More information is posted under SCHEDULE & EXAMS.
• (4/30) The Faculty Course Evaluation site is now open. Please take a few minutes to evaluate our course and teaching. We really do appreciate your feedback, and your responses are reviewed by our department as well.
• (4/25) Programming Assignment 11 is posted under ASSIGNMENTS and is due on WEDNESDAY, May 2. (This assignment may not be dropped. You may, however, hand it in late through Friday, May 4, for a 2 point penalty.)
• (4/22) Problem Set 11 is posted under ASSIGNMENTS and is due on Friday, Apr 27 in class at the start of lecture.
• (4/21) Room assignments for Midterm Exam #3 (Monday, Apr 23) are posted under SCHEDULE & EXAMS. Reviews will be held from 5-7PM and 7-9PM on Sunday, Apr 22. Go to the Gates 3rd floor cafe for the review or a pointer to the review location.
• (4/18) There will be no lab on Thurs, Apr 19 and no lecture on Fri, Apr 20 due to Spring Carnival!

• (1/18) The Academic Integrity Contract is due on Friday, Jan 20 in class. You must submit this in order to receive grades in this class.
• (1/12) Due to the Martin Luther King events on Monday, Jan 16 starting at 12:30PM, our first lecture on Mon, Jan 16 is canceled. We will have our first lecture on Wed, Jan 18.
