He will not use the advantages of a salaried position to compete unfairly with another engineer.

Engineer competes with another engineer for a project or engineering work
AND
Engineer has an employer

Code is violated when:

Engineer competes unfairly by taking advantage of his salaried position

Code is not violated when:

Engineer does not compete unfairly by taking advantage of his salaried position
