- Engineer competes with another engineer for a project or engineering work
AND
Engineer has an employer
- Code is violated when:
- Engineer competes unfairly by taking advantage of his salaried position
- Code is not violated when:
- Engineer does not compete unfairly by taking advantage of his salaried position
