An engineer in private practice may be employed by more than one
party when the interests and time schedules of the several parties do
not conflict.

- Code is relevant when:
- Engineer has a client, Client 1
AND
Engineer has a second client, Client 2
- Code is violated when:
- The interests of Client 1 and Client 2 conflict
OR
The time schedules of Client 1 and Client 2 conflict
- Code is not violated when:
- The interests of Client 1 and Client 2 do not conflict
AND
The time schedules of Client 1 and Client 2 do not conflict
