Dedication to "pong-wan"

In Chinese culture, the idea of holding an eating bowl ("pong-wan") while sitting at the dining table, brings to mind images of warmth, sweetness, family, home, and love. But, I have wandered much in the last few years, and so I lost my inner feeling of pong-wan.

In my life, two friends have restored my spirit and made me feel pong-wan again. For me, pong-wan means "stability"(and my eyes tear up as I write that word); it means deep care and strong love. So, I thank my dear friends and teachers Dr. Sun and Prof. Liang for showing me again, after so many years, true pong-wan.
