Project
Guidelines for the final project:
The paper should be like a short conference paper (no more than 6 pages)--
- Title - name your project something that accurately reflects the main contributions.
- Abstract - no more than 300 words briefly describing the problem you addressed, your solution and your interesting conclusions.
- Introduction/background - motivate the project and describe its relationship to existing work.
- Methods - formally describe the problem and how you went about solving it.
- Results - what did you accomplish with your methods?
- Conclusions - what are the main insights gained and potentially interesting future research?
Just like a conference paper, it should highlight why the problem is interesting,
what the contribution of the work is, and what are the exciting conclusions.
Unlike a conference paper, it can also talk about avenues you tried that didn't work out.
