We didn’t start sketching the design of the site until after most of the research had been completed. We started with preliminary whiteboard sketches of layout, converted those to simple computerized representations to establish the basic structure, and then filled in the wireframes with more detailed content. Given the constraints of the project, one of the major challenges was establishing which pages were sufficiently important to mock up, and which would just be implied by the content of the site.
"testimonials are important, people want to know that someone else enjoyed the experience before they try it themselves."

- images of food will help get people in the mood and excited for the event
- it’s a web site, there will be ads!
