MoboJoust
Status for 2010 Pending

The School of Computer Science invited all members of the CMU community to participate in the MoboJoust Competition in the spring. MoboJoust is a head-to-head competition between vehicles that resembles two knights battling on horseback. At the start of the race, vehicles face each other from opposite ends of the arena. At the drop of the gate, the JoustBots employ their own strategies to get to the finish line before their opponent. They must operate autonomously, without assistance or guidance from any outside source.
